Agró/Glickman STEP (1):

Given their different career paths, independent curator Ombretta Agró Andruff and arts TV producer Rena Glickman believe that the synergy of their unique collaboration provides an unusual curatorial approach and art market redux.  Both have engaged in presenting shows that edify thematic connections for the viewing public, albeit for different sectors. The curator’s shows cater to a smaller, more arts sophisticated audience while those of the TV producer reach a larger, more generic and less educated population.  This recent professional partnership is a natural progression from years spent sharing a great passion for contemporary art.  Together they have experienced a multitude of art-related events in the US and abroad.  The team is extremely excited about the dynamism of their combined expertise, complementary skill sets and active dedication to artists without gallery representation and is looking forward to a fruitful and ongoing commercial alliance.  STEP (1) has participated in contemporary art fairs since the summer 2005 and is excited about their upcoming events and their continued commercial partnership for the future.
